John Loucks

Greg talked about how it can be difficult to play a new song. I had a different problem – I went to play this song that I wrote a year ago, and couldn’t remember the darn thing! Had to relearn my own song. Here it is – “Snowed In Love.”

  1. Great job John! I have a similar problem – in 2007 I wrote a song for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah, and not only do I not remember how to play it, I can’t find the lyrics, chord chart, or anything! Needless to say both my daughter and I are very disappointed! The only thing I remember is the title – it was called “You Grow Up Too Fast”.

  2. Thanks Bryan and Michael. The obvious solution Bryan, is to use the little bit you do remember and write her a new song!

  3. I’m not sure if it’s a good thing or tragic, but pretty sure I remember the vague snowdrift shape of this song when you sang it last year!!
