Wonderful World of Sex – Michael Paul Smith – 1970 ————————————————– This song was written by Michael Paul Smith but I heard it on a Steve Goodman album. Steve forgot the lyric and generally messed up this song when he played it but it was a super entertaining version so I forgive him his trespasses. For that matter, I trespassed a little myself by fiddling with the lyrics. My version is different than Steve’s and different from the printed lyric from Michael Smith. This was recorded in my back yard. There are airplane sounds, car sounds and the neighbours talking but the background noise is no worse than club noise. At least there was no truck backing up !
