This is a revised version of a song I wrote about my great grandmother called A little part of a bigger story. thanks to a brilliant songwriting group,I was encouraged to include more of the story in the song. We all carry traumas in various shapes and forms and I believe some carry throughout generations. In an eating disordered culture that would have you disappear, I say stay, heal and be seen.
