This is a Johnny Cash inspired rhythm which Bruce Springsteen recorded while most of the band was taking a break. In the song the main character is lusting for a who could be the love of his life, although he doesn’t really know her. The official video depicts Springsteen working as an auto mechanic and a very wealthy and beautiful woman brings her car to only him for repair, giving him the keys, not only to the car, but to her house as well, hoping he will act on the not-so-subtle invitation. When he returns the car to her house later that evening, he’s about to use the keys to go inside but thinks better of it and just leaves the keys in the mailbox.
This is “I’m On Fire”.
