I posted an original song recently, pointing out that the title didn’t appear anywhere in the lyrics. This Stephen Stills/Buffalo Springfield song never uses the title words “For What It’s Worth.” Interesting that this song became an anthem for student protests and the anti-Vietnam war movement, when it was actually protesting against early closing of bars on the Sunset Strip.
