My cover of “Blue Bayou” by Roy Orbison. From my archives, a very early video, playing my tenor ukulele. Oddly, this song only made it to #29 on the US charts. Roy Orbison had an amazing vocal range (consider his song “Crying”) fortunately here’s a song that’s a little more doable re: vocal range. “Blue Bayou” was also a very very big hit for for Linda Ronstadt and it became her signature song.
