“Tillsonburg” – by Stompin’ Tom Connors. A request from Lamont. And a little help from my digital friends. I regret never seeing Stompin’ Tom in concert. He had a song for every part of Canada and I’m told he would start with a song from one coast (“Margo’s Cargo”) and sing his away across Canada to the other coast (“And The Bridge Came Tumbling Down”). He kept his rhythm by stomping his left foot into a piece of plywood, so he wouldn’t damage the stage floor with his boot heel.

Great performance
Thanks Gail and Michael! 😉
Thanks so much for taking my request.
You did it just right 👏👏👏
Your welcome! It was fun adding the harmony and playing with those vocals. 😉
Fun!!
You did a wonderful job on it. I didn’t know that he wrote a song about every place. I’ll have to check the others out. Nice backing vocals too.
